Yesterday went down to the contractor's to view the new quotation that he has just re-done for us. With additional this and that, minus this and that, WOW! The total is freaking $38k!!!
Ok. Everything refurnish. Everything change. Everything new. Whole entire 4-rm house reno. So do still think its expensive or reasonable???

Floor tiles(good ones). Wall tiles(good ones). Painting. Cabinets. Windows(good ones). Gate(good one). Tv console. Wardrobes. Lightings. Changes of all power points. Featured walls. Sink and stove. Piping. Hacking. Master bedroom's toilet's sink cabinet
granite top. Better toilet bowls. Shower screen. Even Hubby's praying altar also made-do one. lol.
*must emphasize on the Granite top becuz that bloody piece of thing plus the bottom cabinet costs 2+k.
Ppl who dunno, i must tell you, why ended up the bill became a huge bomb!
Becuz, e.g. : If you wan a built-in wardrobe, they will count in the material cost, labour, hacking of wall or cornices, building in a new well measured cornice, blablabla. And den that bloody whole thing costs you nearly 2k.
EVERYTHING includes labour and miscs. nabeh.
Their kopi allowance so much meh!
Can you imagine? The amount for hacking is already consider as labour wat right? Den for what fuck must pay another labour fees?!
This is how they hack you.
Anyway, this guy is "kind" enough, as in for few things he waived off the labour fee. And for my wardrobe, i can choose from those nicer designs material rather den those plain coloured ones. And he charged me as normal plain one. Good right. wahahaha.
I dunno lah. Like 38k sounds very thundering. But comes to think of it specifically, whole 4-rm unit hack and re-do, reasonable mah? Ok right?
I still dunno how to bring this out to my aunt. She will go like, "HUH! but but but, up to you lor. Ur house, you must feel happy, thats the most important thing." haha. She's cute la.
Well, anyway, my new house theme colours will be - mostly white. Partial grey/metalic. Partial black. And ya, mostly my ideas; my design. wahahahaha!
